Abstract:
In this work were generated synthetic spectra with shape effect, determining its spectral parameters: the center of the absorption bands, the ratio of the bands and the spectral slope. It has been shown that only the slope is dependent on the shape of the object. The optical constants were determined by inverting meteorites spectra obtained from RELAB database. Employing the bidirectional reflectance model for Hapke. For this purpose, was implemented a genetic algorithm for exploring the space of solutions of Hapke parameters and thereby de- termine realistic solution of the inversion problem. It is shown that the optical parameters are not unique and the solutions are within the acceptable 30 % of the best values. We also seen that the observational circumstances and shape effect, may affect the spectral parameters that are related to the taxonomic classification. So these are important to taken into account at the time of interpret the taxonomic classification of asteroids.
