Abstract:
In this work we present the results obtained from the study of the phase curve of 29 NEO through observations with the telescope of the Observatório Astronômico do Sertão de Itaparica (OASI), of the IMPACTON project. Currently, more than 17,000 objects of this population are known, however, there is still little knowledge on their physical properties. Among the various physical properties that can be obtained from photometric observations of a NEO, the phase curve is particularly interesting because it allows to have information on the object's intrinsic brightness, it's absolute magnitude H, the slope parameter G and of the surface properties. A phase curve is defined as the fit of the reduced magnitudes of an asteroid measured at various solar phase angles. The study of how these properties are distributed within a significant set of NEO, allows to establish links to better understand the processes of formation and evolution of this population. In this work, the H-G fits were used to obtain our phase curves, and the H-G_{12} fit to compare some parameters. We have determined 24 phase curves of different quality due essentially to the coverage obtained in terms of solar phase angle.
