Resumo:
Saturated-core magnetometers, or fluxgate magnetometers, require the application of specific calibration and testing techniques in order to obtain their calibration coefficients and confirm their technical characteristics. This work proposes the development of a set of high-level procedures, combined with electronic systems and computational tools that allow the testing and active calibration of this type of magnetometer. The results obtained can be applied to the development of new magnetometers, to verify the functioning of existing instruments and to compare different instruments.
